Aliaj Joosh has an extensive range of automatic equipment to weld overlay clad and machine all types of pipe fittings including flanges, elbows, tees and end caps. This includes vertical and horizontal machines to suit all diameters from 4” to more than 60”.
Our technology enables us to deliver the best quality weld overlay cladding with different materials including Inconel 625 and 825, Monel 400, Alloy C276 and C22, 300 and 400 series Stainless Steels.
Cladding material types and thicknesses can be selected to meet the specified environment we are able to clad I.D sizes from 4” for 6 to 12mtr lengths with min. 7mm base metal thickness.
According to size and project specification, we are able to weld-overlay clad the components using Hot Tig, ESW, SAW and GMAW processes. Our cladding equipment has the latest technology, which significantly increases our production rates, ensuring lower base metal heat input through the welding process to achieve lower Fe% dilution and increased travel speeds.
